The product replacement procedure for incorrect shipping can be activated when a product other than the one the customer ordered and, therefore, not present in his order has been mistakenly shipped from La Favola Senza Glutine. The procedure can be activated within 8 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, the activation of the service can be carried out by contacting our Customer Service.

The shipping costs are paid by La Favola Senza Glutine and the shipment must be made by express courier.

Damage to the Goods during home transport.
