Order processing times
Orders, containing available products, for which confirmation of payment of one working day has been received, are entrusted to the courier on average in 2/3 days.
Orders received from 22 December will be processed after Christmas due to the impossibility of recovering all the material.
In the case of a bank transfer, the date of receipt of the transfer will be considered valid, if not documented by fax or email confirmation from the bank.
Transit time (Italy): 24 hours, 48 if you are unlucky!
Delivery is estimated in 24 hours. The times for the islands and disadvantaged areas are instead estimated at 48 hours.
On the evening of dispatch you will receive an email confirming the shipment. Through your access to the reserved area, it will be possible to understand, if you do not arrive the next day, the position.
Transit time (Europe): 48 to 72 hours!
From today (22 September 2017) it will be possible to buy from most European countries being able to receive the goods within 48-72 hours depending on the country of residence. To find out the timing for your country, consult the table below:
- EUR1 (Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany Netherlands): 48h
- EUR2 (Denmark, France, Great Britain): 48h
- EUR3 (Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Serbia *, Hungary): 72h
- EUR4 (Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden): 72h
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the area and will be calculated directly at the time you proceed with the purchase. For all shipments within the Italian peninsula (excluding Calabria) the cost for shipping is € 7.90 while for all other regions (Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria) the cost is € 13.00.
