The owner accepts the following forms of payment for deliveries made in Italy:

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery means payment only and exclusively in cash to the courier upon delivery of the products, and is applicable only for amounts not exceeding 1032.00 Euro
The courier accepts only exact amounts, corresponding to the amount of the order (the rest is not returned); we do not accept payments by checks or postal bulletins.

Bank Transfer

Order acceptance and fulfillment

Shipping and delivery of products

Shipping costs are charged to the Customer, except for special promotions implemented on the Site. The customer therefore has the opportunity to immediately know the cost of shipping and decide whether or not to confirm the order. To these two days must then be added the time taken by the courier for delivery, the latter vary depending on the courier that will be used and the place of delivery. The owner undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the Customer by courier, at the address specified by the same when registering the order data.
No responsibility can be attributed to ownership in case of delay in order fulfillment or delivery of the order.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
that the number of packages (number of packages) delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent in advance via e-mail;
that the package is intact, not damaged, not tampered with, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape and zip ties).
Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier of the courier who makes the delivery, in the absence of these, the goods will be considered delivered correctly, in fact once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered .
What to do in case of damage due to transport:
If, when unloading the goods, there is obvious damage to the packaging, it is necessary:
express a reservation or the package is accepted but before signing the document you must write in the appropriate space, “I accept with reserve right”, describing in writing in detail the nature of the damage found, after opening the package in the presence of the carrier of the courier;
reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept the package with reserve or if the damage is still visible without having to open the package.

Accompanying invoice issue
